- Return and Refund
Damaged Items: Will be exchanged once we receive the damaged item and inspect it and find out that the damage is from our end and the item has not be used and return with the original package, if approved we will exchange it or give refund.
Free or gift items – Paid shipping only: We will not change or give refund for shipping cost. For free items which costumer paid for shipping cost only, there will be no refund.
All Shipping cost are none refundable
We do not offer refunds on any item or order shipping fee as the shipping charge has been paid to the courier.
REFUND AND RETURN
We do not process order on weekend and holidays, any other placed on weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If you did not receive your order in time or that what you received is not what you ordered or expected, contact us and if your item is damaged or have any issue, contact us within 7days of receiving your order. if you did not not receive your order we will track your order to know where it’s.
If you wish to return your order for late delivery, not what ordered and not what expected reason or damaged, please contact Ogoo Mart Store first and request for return slip with our return address with your reason to return your order and you will be issued a return slip with the address to return your order.
If your return request is accepted and approved by Ogoo Mart Store we will let you know and send to you our return address which is not sender address as we can not receive any item send to the sender address.
Do not return your order to the sender address on the package or order receipt, we have a return address because any order returned without our approval may not be received and will not be refunded.
However, if your free item has been damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if this is the case.

Paid items with free shipping: Most free shipping orders are not track able, meaning no tracking number, you wait for the estimated delivery date, please give extra days if any delay as the package may be with your local post office waiting for delivery.
For returned order. Once the item is received, inspected and approved, we will refund you within 2-5 business days. You can also opt for store credit if you wish, the choice is yours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective. Please contact us. damaged item on transit will exchanged only and will not be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
